How are Good F’n Cars products made?
Good F’n Cars is a print-on-demand brand. This means most items are produced after your order is placed instead of being pulled from a large inventory warehouse.
This allows us to offer more designs, reduce waste, and keep the brand flexible as we grow.
When will my order ship?
Because our products are print-on-demand, orders may take extra time to produce before they ship.
Production and shipping times can vary depending on:
- product type
- order volume
- supplier availability
- shipping carrier delays
- holidays or peak seasons
We do our best to get orders processed as quickly as possible, but delays can happen.
Why has my order not shipped yet?
Your order may still be in production. Since items are made after purchase, there can be a delay between placing the order and receiving tracking information.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because Good F’n Cars products are print-on-demand and made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- ordering the wrong size
- changing your mind
- buyer’s remorse
- entering the wrong shipping address
- not liking the fit after receiving the item
Please double-check sizing, product details, and shipping information before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or the quality is not up to standard, contact us as soon as possible.
To review the issue properly, please send at least 10 clear photos showing:
- the full item
- the damaged or defective area
- the print quality issue
- the packaging, if relevant
- your order number or proof of purchase

What counts as a quality issue?
Quality issues may include:
- major print defects
- damaged items
- incorrect item received
- incorrect size sent compared to what was ordered
- severe stitching or manufacturing defects
- print placement that is clearly outside normal production variation
Minor differences in print placement, color, sizing, fabric texture, or appearance may occur due to the print-on-demand production process and are not always considered defects.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If the wrong address is entered, Good F’n Cars is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages. Contact us immediately if you notice an address mistake, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order is submitted.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
Good F’n Cars is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier first for delivery issues.
That said, you can still reach out to us and we’ll review the situation where possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may not be able to be canceled once they enter production.
Because items are made on demand, production can begin shortly after checkout. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need help, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Do colors look exactly like the website photos?
Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to lighting, display settings, mockups, production methods, and material differences.
We do our best to represent products accurately, but small variations can happen.
Are all sales final?
Most sales are considered final unless there is a verified production issue, defect, or fulfillment mistake.
If there is a legitimate issue with your order, send us photos and details so we can review it.
